Clear Browser Cache 

Reason you might need to clear browser cache:
1) You have multiple Google accounts logged in and on the login page you can't login (entering your vcu emails address and leaving password blank does not work).
1.  Click on "three bars" in upper right-hand corner
2.  Click on "Tools"
3.  Click on "Clear Browsing Data"
4.  Click on Obliterate the following items from: dropdown "From beginning of time"
5.  Check "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
6.  Check "Empty the cache"
1.  At the top of the Firefox window, click on the "Firefox" button
2.  Click on "Options"
3.  Click on "Advanced"
4.  Click on Cached Web Content "Clear Now" button
Internet Explorer (IE 9 & 8)
1. Click on "Tools" (gear icon upper right corner)
2.  Click on "Safety" --> "Delete browser history"
3.  Deselect "Preserve Favorites website data"
4.  Select "Temporary Internet files"
5.  Select "Cookies"
