What is Google Apps at VCU?
Google Apps at VCU provides a VCU gateway to Google’s online services, allowing you to take advantage of Google’s email, productivity, and collaboration tools while maintaining your @vcu.edu email name.
Can I use myVCUmail if I already have Gmail?
Yes. A myVCUmail account will be created for you through Google Apps at VCU. This will not affect your personal Gmail account.
How does it work?
You will use your VCU eID password to log into Google's web-based applications through the VCU Central Authentication System. Once you have logged in you will be able to select which of Google's services you wish to use.
What do I do now?
Faculty and staff will remain with the Lotus Notes service. To login into VCU Mail Anywhere use the link below. Students can continue to access VCU Mail Anywhere mail via IMAP or the web as student e-mail data will be available until June 30, 2010.
